Understanding the Error:

A LEAP record has been submitted for a student who does not have a primary or secondary SENR record in the ODS for the Reporting LEA specified in the LEAP record.

Things to check for in submission: Verify that the LEAP record has been submitted for the correct student.

Suggested Resolution:

1) Correct the SSID in the LEAP record OR 2) Submit a SENR record for the student.
