SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

When a student has an Education Plan 100 (IEP), 150 (IFSP), or 200 (ISP), they must have an associated SSRV record.

Suggested Resolution:

Verify the Education Plan Type Code is correct Verify the Student Special Education Meeting or Amendment Identifier is correct in both SSRV records and SPED records Verify the student has not exited the Special Education Program and update accordingly.
