If Student Age is at least 3 years, but less than 6 years and Special Education Program Setting Code = 201 (Regular Early Childhood Program or Kindergarten), then Preschool Program Setting Service Location Code must be populated.

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:
Understanding the Error:
The Preschool Program Setting Service Location code must be populated if the student age * is at least 3 or less than 6 years and Special Education Program Setting code = 201.
Suggested Resolution:
Populate the Preschool Program Setting Service Location Code or Change either the Student Birth Date, Education Plan Amendment Date or Meeting Date to resolve this error. Note: Amendment Date Student Age is used if Education Plan Amendment Date (Field 14.25) is populated. If not populated, then Meeting Date (Field 14.21 ) Student Age is used.
