SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

SPED records for a student that occur on the same date for the same plan at the same LEA, must have the same Program Exit Date and Program Exit Reason.

Suggested Resolution:

Ensure SPED records a student have the same Program Exit Date and Program Exit Reason when the records have the same LEA, SELPA, Meeting Date, and Amendment Date.
