ERROR DESCRIPTION:

A student's Expected Attendance Days must be less than or equal to their Total Enrollment Days at the same school for the same academic year.

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

1) Verify the student's expected attendance days are correct.

2) Ensure the correct enrollment start and enrollment exit dates are correct in the SENR file. If the student has left and returned to the same school over the course of the year, ensure all SENR records for that student have been submitted.

If the enrollment exit date has not been populated yet as of the STAS submission, CALPADS will use May 15th as the default exit date when computing the Total Enrollment days. Typically the error will be resolved when the students are exited at the end of the year.
