ERROR DESCRIPTION:

No student enrollment data is included for an open school that is specified for the collection.

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

For Fall 1: Add an Enrollment record for all students enrolled in the school on census day in the current academic year.

For EOY 3: Add an Enrollment record for all students enrolled in the school during the current academic year.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Scenario 1: Active school with students enrolled on or before Census day (Fall 1) or any point during the year (EOY 3).

Required SENR records associated to students enrolled at the school were not posted. Make sure the SENR records for enrollments at the school are submitted and posted to CALPADS.

Scenario 2: Active school but no enrollment on or before Census day (Fall 1) or any point during the year (EOY 3).

If the school causing the error is still active but did or will not have any enrollment during the current submission or academic year, LEAs will need to create a service ticket requesting support to remove the school from the expected schools table.

Scenario 3: Closed school

If the school permanently shut down, LEAs will need to notify CDE about it.

IMPORTANT: Request to CDE will take days to be processed. So it is important to submit the request as soon as possible and not wait clos eto any submission deadline.
