Understanding the Error:
Students coded with Education Program Code = 191 (Homeless), must be less 25 years old (SPRG.Program End Date - SINF.Student Birth Date or use June 30 of reporting year if exit date is null).
Suggested Resolution:
Remove 191 SPRG record OR Verify the student's birth year is populated correctly.
Change either the Student Birth Date or Education Program Membership Start Date/End Date (if applicable) to the accurate date(s) and sequence to resolve this error.
