SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

Student Ethnicity data is not accurately populated based on Student Hispanic Ethnicity Indicator for enrollments where enrollment status = 10 (primary), 30 (short-term), and 50 (non-ADA).

Suggested Resolution:

1) If Student Hispanic Ethnicity Indicator is blank, Student Ethnicity Missing Indicator must be populated with a "Y." OR 1) If Student Hispanic Ethnicity Indicator is "Y" or "N", Student Ethnicity Missing Indicator must be populated with a "N."
