Report 4.4: Staff Profile - List
(Updated as of 12/1/2025)
Description: Reports demographics, employment status, and FTE by job classification for each SEID active as of the Fall 2 Report Period.
Report Type: Real Time / Certification
Security Roles: Fall 2 Reports
Data As Of:
- If Real Time version: user defined
- If Certification version: Census Day (First Wednesday in October)
Basic selection criteria:

SEID: Element 8.07 (SEID) must exist in the CTC SEID table.

Staff Demographics (SDEM) data are selected from the most recent SDEM record with:
- Effective Start Date on or before Census Day of the reporting year
- Employment Start Date on or before Census Day of the reporting year

Employment End Date (if present) after Census Day

Includes staff where SASS Field 8.15–8.21 (Support Assignment Codes) = 6018 (Employee on Leave).
Report Filters
Filters limit results to only totals for the selected filter(s):

- Local ID
- SEID
- Non-Classroom Based Job Assignment
