Description: Reports a list of individual student data that supports aggregate views in other reports
Report Type: Snapshot (Fall 1)
Security Roles: Fall 1 Reports Role
Data As Of:
- 8.1 Student Profile – List: Includes Active students on the As Of date
- 8.1a Student Profile Exits – List: Includes students that exited between 5/15 (previous Academic Year) and Census Day (current Academic Year)
- 8.1b Student Profile Dropouts – List: Includes students that exited between the No Show From/Through Date Period (5/14/21 – 8/15/22)
- 8.1c Student Profile Dropouts – State View – List: Includes students reported as Dropouts in report 1.14 Dropouts Count – State View
Basic Selection criteria:
- 8.1 & 8.1a Grade Level = TK – 12, Enrollment Status = Primary (10), Secondary (20) or Short Term (30)
- 8.1b & 8.1c Grade Level = 07 – 12, Enrollment Status = Primary (10)
Report Filters: Filters can be selected resulting in only totals for the selected filter being displayed – legend on bottom of last page of report states which filter/s were selected
