Report C/A 5.7 Foster Youth Enrolled – Student List

Description: Reports the TK-12 (TK, KN, 01-12) students who are currently identified by the CDSS Foster Youth Data Matching Process as being in foster care (Foster Placement or Foster Family Maintenance). In addition to currently enrolled students, the report also includes students whose most recent enrollment included an E155 exit. The report is sorted by County of Jurisdiction (name), County of Enrollment (name), LEA Name, School Name, Grade Level and Student Name. The report is designed to only show students that are currently foster youth on the Report “As of” date.

Basic selection criteria:
Students Included:
- SSID Enrollment (e.g. Enrollment Status, grade) for a student is associated with the most recent Open enrollment at the school that overlaps the report “As of” date (“As of” date for this report is the current date) OR where most recent enrollment record for a student includes an E155 exit code, regardless of exit date.
- Enrollment status = Primary (10), or Short Term (30)
- Grade levels = TK, KN, 01-12
The qualifying enrollment must also take into consideration the following County of Jurisdiction filters.

All - Any student with a qualifying enrollment regardless of enrollment county code with a County of Jurisdiction Code in the FosterYouthMatchResults table that matches the county code for the county user running the report OR any student with a qualifying enrollment that is within the county code for the county user running the report regardless of County of Jurisdiction Code in the FosterYouthMatchResults table.

Enrolled in my county/placed by my county - Any student with a qualifying enrollment with a County of Jurisdiction Code in the FosterYouthMatchResults table that matches the county code for the county user running the report that is enrolled within the county code for the county user running the report.
- Enrolled in my county/placed by another county - Any student with a qualifying enrollment that matches the county code for the county user running the report with a County of Jurisdiction Code in the FosterYouthMatchResults table that does NOT match the county code for the county user running the report.
- Enrolled in another county/placed by my county - Any student with a qualifying enrollment with a County of Jurisdiction Code in the FosterYouthMatchResults table that matches the county code for the county user running the report that is NOT enrolled within the county code for the county user running the report.
NOTE: If a student has multiple, open (no LCFF End Date) CaseIDs per one Client ID, the student would be displayed for each CaseID/ClientID combo.
Report Filters:
Filters can be selected resulting in only totals for the selected filter being displayed – legend on bottom of last page of report states which filter/s were selected.
