Career Technical Education (CTE) Non-Completer Participant

A student (in grades 7-12, and ungraded secondary) who completed taking a Career Technical Education (CTE) course at a school during the Report Period, may or may not be participating in a designated CTE Pathway, and have not met the CTE Completer definition.

To be identified as a CTE Non-completer Participant a student must meet the following criteria

• Enrollment Status Code (Field 1.24) = 10, 20, or 30
• Grade Level Code (Field 2.32) = 07-12, US
• Student has a SCSC record associated with a CRSC record where State Course Code is a CTE Course
• No SCTE record reported
