Late Triennial Meeting

Definition

A student has a Late Triennial meeting if they are currently an Active SPED student and the most recent meeting Triennial Meeting or if no Triennial then most recent Plan B Initial Meeting was held over 3 years ago.

Business Rules

Within an Active SPED Plan where Education Plan = 100

Sort by Most recent (sort by Meeting Date Desc) where Meeting Type = 10 or 40

If Meeting Date of most recent Record more than 3 years prior to Report Date then Count as Late Triennial Meeting
