Exceeded 60-day Timeline

A student whose has not yet had an evaluation and parent has consented or had an initial Part C evaluation that occurred greater than 60 days from parent consent date and not subsequent annual meeting for the education plan, or had an initial Part B evaluation that occurred greater than 60 days from parent consent date and no subsequent annual meeting for the education plan.

Business Rules

A student whose most recent record is a pending Meeting record (Meeting type = 30) where initial Parent Consent is populated and is > 60 days from the current date
OR
A student whose most recent record on the report date is a Part C Initial Evaluation (Meeting type = 15) and meeting date is > 60 days from Initial Parent Consent and Program Exit Date is null
OR
A student whose most recent record is a Part B Initial Evaulation Meeting type (Meeting Type = 10) and Meeting Date occurred greater than 60 days from Initial Parent Consent and Program Exit Date is null

For Education Plan = 700, 800, 900 only include records where Meeting Date is in the same Academic Year as the Report Date
