Understanding Error:
The 'AD' grade level should only be used when the student is aged >16 and <80.
Things to Look for: - student's age calculated using the DOB in CALPADS on the date used in the Enrollment Exit Date field
Suggested Resolution:
The 'AD' grade level is used rarely in CALPADS. Verify the AD grade level is appropriate and the student's age is >16 and <80 using the student DOB as it appears in CALPADS as compared to the enrollment start date.
