SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

A SELA record with ELAS Code = RFEP has been submitted for a student who does not have a primary SENR record where the Enrollment Start/Exit Dates overlaps the ELAS Status Start Date for the same Reporting LEA specified in the SELA record. Note: If a student is exited with Student Exit Reason Code = N470 (NoShowOther), the enrollment is not considered overlapping.

Things to check for in submission: Verify that the SELA record has been submitted for the correct student and dates are correct.

Suggested Resolution:

Submit a SENR record for the student that overlaps the SELA record based on ELAS Status Start Date.
