Understanding the Error:

The system is validating that if Meeting Activity - Plan Review Indicator = Y or Meeting Activity - Evaluation Type Code = 10 (Initial Part B), then Parental Involvement Facilitation Code must be populated.

Suggested Resolution:

Update either Meeting Activity - Plan Review Indicator, Meeting Activity - Evaluation Type Code or Parental Involvement Facilitation Code with the correct value.
