Understanding the Error:
This validation triggered because no Staff Assignment records were submitted for the school with a Staff Job Classification Code of Teacher, Instructional Assignments (13) or Teacher, Non-Instructional Assignments (14).
Suggested Resolution:
Verify that there are no teachers to report for the school. If this is correct, no further action is necessary. Otherwise, submit Staff Assignment records for the applicable teachers.
