Understanding the Error:

A teacher* is reported on the CRSE that does not a valid SASS.

Suggested Resolution:

SCSE Record reported for student NOT enrolled on Census day. 

- If the student was present on Census day, ensure that enrollment overlaps Census day.

- If the student started after census day, delete the SCSE record.

- If no SENR and SCSE are present but the CERT error still triggers, the enrollment record was deleted but SCSE was not. Therefore, the orphan SCSE record needs to be deleted. Recreate the deleted enrollment so that the SCSE will become visible and can be deleted.
