Missing SENR record overlapping Census day. |
SCSE Record reported for student NOT enrolled on Census day. - If the student was present on Census day, ensure that enrollment overlaps Census day. - If the student started after census day, delete the SCSE record. - If no SENR and SCSE are present but the CERT error still triggers, the enrollment record was deleted but SCSE was not. Therefore, the orphan SCSE record needs to be deleted. Recreate the deleted enrollment so that the SCSE will become visible and can be deleted. |
Note: Y means relevant record for current academic year is present in CALPADS.
