SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

The system is validating that there is at least one MEET record for a student determined to be eligible and participating in the SPED program (SWDS Special Education Status Code = 1) based on the most recent Special Education Status Effective Start Date on Census Day.

Suggested Resolution:

1) Add a MEET record for the student. 2) Verify the student's most recent SWDS record is eligible and participating on census day.
