ERROR DESCRIPTION:

If student is less than 3 years old on the enrollment start date and grade level is preschool, then Enrollment Status Code must not be 50 (Non-ADA enrollment)

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

The system is validating that if an enrollment record with Non-ADA enrollment status has a start date between July 1 and Census day of the reporting year, and if student is aged less than 3 years old on enrollment start date, then grade level must not be Preschool.

Suggested Resolution:

Verify that the student has an enrollment status code is correct, the grade level code is correct, and the birth date is correct.
