SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

Verify the student's age is correct in the CALPADS by comparing the SIS student demographics birthdate to CALPADS. If they will be 6 or older* as of September 1 of the Academic year, and the reason for plan code is not 4, and the education plan type code is 200, the program setting code must equal 403.

*Student Age > = 6 is determined based on September 1 of the AY - Most recent SINF birth date

Suggested Resolution:

Change the Student Birth Date, update Special Education Plan Type code, Reason for Plan type, or Program Setting Code
