SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

The system is validating that if on census day the student: 1) is aged >= 2 years 9 months; and 2) is enrolled on census day; and 3) is eligible and participating Student with Disabilities (SWDS) record; and 4) has an education plan record where education plan = 150 (IFSP) from the same LEA as the enrollment, and 5) Part C to B Transition Plan in IFSP indicator = Y, then the Part C to B Transition Conference Date should be populated.

Things to check for in submission: Verify that the Part C to B Transition Conference Date is populated if the student is greater than 2 years 9 months on Census day, is eligible and participating, and on an IFSP plan on census day at the LEA where they are enrolled on Census day and the Part C to B Transition Plan in IFSP Indicator is equal to Yes.

Suggested Resolution:

1) Populate the Part C to B Transition Conference Date 2) Verify the correct Part C to B Transition Plan in IFSP Indicator. 3) Verify the correct Education Plan Type Code is used.

4) Verify the SWDS record effective on census date.
