SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:
Understanding the Error:
Students must a SINF record that overlaps their enrollments where enrollment status = 10 (primary), 30 (short-term), and 50 (non-ADA).
Suggested Resolution:
Add a Student Information record corresponding to the student's SENR record enrollment during the report period. Ensure all SINF records overlapping with their enrollment records contain Ethnicity/Race data.
