If a non-Pending Meeting exists for the SSID, there should be at least one SWDS Status record

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Verify student has an SWDS record (regardless of Reporting LEA) if there is a Special Education Meetings (MEET) record where Special Education Meeting Date is between the reporting period (7/1 - 6/30).
