Understanding the Error:
A student's Special Education Meeting Date should occur within 60 days from the Initial Evaluation Parental Consent Date and if it does not, a Meeting Delay Code must be populated and not equal to 90 (Late Without Cause).
Suggested Resolution:
1) Verify the Initial Evaluation Parental Consent Date is correct.
2) Verify the Meeting Delay Code is populated correctly with a value not equal to 90-Late Without Cause.
3) Verify the Special Education Meeting Date.
