Understanding the Error:

If the student has at least one SENR record effective during current Academic Year and any SINFs effective during the current Academic Year have Initial US School Enrollment Date K-12 populated, then Initial US School Enrollment Date K-12 must be less than or equal to the earliest SENR Enrollment Start Date where grade TK-12 and Exit Reason <> N470, N430, or N420, regardless of the LEA. This will look at the student's complete SENR history to find the earliest record, where the Start Date is greater or equal to 07/01/2013.

Things to look for: Verify the Initial US School Enrollment Date K-12 field value you supplied against the enrollment start dates for the enrollments posted to CALPADS. SENR records will only be evaluated if the student has an enrollment record during the Academic Year, and only the earliest SENR record where grade = TK-12, Exit Reason <> N470, N430, or N420, and Start Date is greater or equal to 07/01/2013 will be validated.

Suggested Resolution:

1) If the Student Initial US School Enrollment Date K-12 field is incorrect, correct to ensure it is less than or equal to the earliest Enrollment Start Date as defined above; OR 2) Ensure this Enrollment Start Date is correct and is greater than or equal to the Student Initial US School Enrollment Date K-12 Field.
