SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

If a student who is Eligible and Participating in special education has a change in SWDS status, the new status cannot take effect on the same day the student exits school. For example, if an Eligible and Participating student graduates, their new “not eligible” status must begin the day after their exit date.

Suggested Resolution:

Ensure the student does not have their SENR record with an Enrollment Exit Date on the same day the student has a new SWDS status start date.
