If Student Initial US School Enrollment Date K-12 is populated, then Grade must not equal IN or PS.

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

The system is confirming that the Initial US School Enrollment Date K-12 should be populated. If the student is PS or IN as of the Reporting Period and no other SENR records, for any LEA, exist where Grade Level = TK-12, then the overlapping SINF record should not have Initial US School Enrollment Date K-12 populated.

Suggested Resolution:

If the student is PS or IN as of the Reporting Period and no other TK-12 records will be added, then remove the Student Initial US School Enrollment Date K-12 from the overlapping SINF record. If the student will have another TK-12 record during the Reporting Period, add the SENR record to CALPADS.
