Understanding the Error:
The Reporting LEA does not participate in the Expanded Learning Program and cannot submit Program Code 194 records.
Suggested Resolution:
1) If the LEA does not participate in the Expanded Learning Program, remove the LEAP record.
2) If the LEA does participate, verify that the LEA has an active Education Program Participation record with Program Code 194 for the Academic Year.
3) If the LEA does participate, verify that the LEA has accurately submitted Field 26.04 - Reporting. For districts or county offices, use the 7-digit County-District (CD) code. For independently reporting charter schools, use the 7-digit School (S) code.
