SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:
Understanding the Error:
The student whose Student Course Section record (SCSC) was submitted does not have a Student Enrollment record (SENR) that is effective at the School of Course Delivery at some time during the Report Period.
Suggested Resolution:
Submit a Student Enrollment record (SENR) for the student.
