Report 2.7: English Learner Education Services - Student List

Description: Reports all English Learner students with a Primary Enrollment Status as of Census Day and identifies the EL Education Services received, if any.
Report Type: ODS and Snapshot / Certification (Fall 2)
Security Roles: Fall 2 Reports
Data As Of:
- If ODS version, user defined
- If Snapshot version, Fall 2 Census Day (First Wednesday in October)
Basic selection criteria:
Students Included:
- Students with an open enrollment on the “Data As Of” date
- Students with an English Learner (EL) SELA Status Code on the date of the report
- Enrollment Status equals 10 (Primary)
- Grade Levels TK – 12
Course Section (CRSE) data and Student Course Section (SCSE) data are selected for the Academic Year being reported.
Course Data Rules:

CRSE course sections with an Education Service Code of,
- 1 – Primary Language Instruction and Designated and Integrated English Language Development (ELD) Instruction
- 2 – Designated ELD Instruction Only
- 3 – Integrated ELD Instruction Only
- 4 – Designated and Integrated ELD Instruction But Not Primary Language Instruction
- 5 – No English Learner Services
- 6 – Other English Learner Services

- Course section with SEID = 9999999999: Included

However, students receiving multiple EL services will be counted in only one service at the aggregate level (Report 2.4: English Learner Education Services - Student Count Unduplicated. An “*” will indicate the service in which the student is counted in the aggregate report. | |
