Report 3.16 - Educational Options Course Completion - Student Count

Description: Reports the number of students who have completed Educational Options courses during the Report Period.
Report Type: Snapshot / (EOY 1)
Security Roles: EOY 1 Reports Role
Data As Of:
- If ODS version, user defined
- If Snapshot version, July 1 – June 30
Basic selection criteria:
- Most recent Enrollment within the LEA at any time during the Report Period qualifies for selection.
- SINF values derived from most recent record that wholly or in part overlaps a qualified enrollment
- Enrollment Status Code = 10, 20, or 30
- Grade Level = 07-12
- CRSC values for Educational Options Courses only that fall within the Report Period for each SSID. SSID in Course section with SEID = 9999999999 would be counted.
Report Filters: Filters can be selected resulting in only totals for the selected filter being displayed – legend on bottom of last page of report states which filter/s were selected

| 1 | School code is derived from user ID permission and Expected Schools Table. |
| 2 | School Name is determined by #1 and the Expected Schools Table. |
| 3 | Unduplicated number of students in Educational Options Course Sections - A student who completed multiple course sections in a school with one or more of these Educational Options course attributes should only be counted once in that school. |
| 4 | Unduplicated number of students in Course Sections where CRSC Field 9.23 Independent Study Indicator = Y. |
| 5 | Unduplicated number of students in Course Sections where CRSC Field 9.24 Distance Learning Indicator = Y. |
| 6 | Unduplicated number of students in Course Sections where CRSC Field 9.26 Education Program Funding Source Code = Code 113. |
| 7 | Unduplicated number of students in Course Sections where CRSC Field 9.07 CRS State Course Code = AVID Course. |
| 8 | Unduplicated number of students in Course Sections where CRSC Field 9.07 CRS State Course Code = International Baccalaureate (IB) Course. |
