C/A Report 5.1 - County Program Participants - Count
Description: Reports the total number of students with a qualifying enrollment who participated in any of the specified programs at any time during the Report Period at the LEA level for a selected county
Report Type: (EOY 2) ODS Academic Year
- Report Period (July 1 thru June 30 of the reporting year)
Basic Report Display Criteria:
Only LEAs who have certified their data are displayed on the C/A reports
Reports display data only for expected school types flagged as “Y- Yes” or “P- Permitted”
Schools that are expected with a type “Y” will report zeros if the data is certified with no counts
Schools that are expected with a “P” and have not submitted data for the report data type, the school will not display on the report if zeros are certified.
Permitted type schools will only display if they submit and certify data within the report type.
Basic Selection Criteria:
- Any open or closed enrollment within the LEA at any time during the Report Period qualifies for selection.
- Enrollment Status Code = 10, 20 or 30 for all programs except Title 1 Part A Basic School-wide.
- Enrollment Status Code = 10 for Title 1 Part A Basic School-Wide.
- Grade Level = KN-12
Program record exists at any time during the Report Period
- If a student participated in the same program multiple times at a single school during the Report Period, the student is counted once in the most RECENT program at the school.
- If a student participated in multiple programs at a single school during the Report Period, the student is counted once in each program at the school.
- If a student participated in the same program at different schools during the Report Period, the student is counted once in the program at each school.
Total Selected Schools – Total unduplicated count of SSID’s by program
Filters can be selected resulting in only totals for the selected filter being displayed – legend on bottom of last page of report states which filter/s were selected
