C/A Report 5.1 - County Program Participants - Count

Description: Reports the total number of students with a qualifying enrollment who participated in any of the specified programs at any time during the Report Period at the LEA level for a selected county.

Security Role(s) Required: County (For COEs); Authorizing LEA Reports (For all other LEAs)

Report Period:

• Report Period (July 1 thru June 30 of the reporting year)

Basic Report Display Criteria:

• LEA Selection

  • Only LEAs who have certified their data are displayed on the C/A reports

  • Reports display data only for expected school types flagged as “Y- Yes” or “P- Permitted”

  • Schools that are expected with a type “Y” will report zeros if the data is certified with no counts

  • Schools that are expected with a “P” and have not submitted data for the report data type, the school will not display on the report if zeros are certified.

  • Permitted type schools will only display if they submit and certify data within the report type.

Basic Selection Criteria:

• Any open or closed enrollment within the LEA at any time during the Report Period qualifies for selection.

• Enrollment Status Code = 10, 20 or 30 for all programs except Title 1 Part A Basic School-wide.

• Enrollment Status Code = 10 or 30 for Title 1 Part A Basic School-Wide.

• Grade Level = KN-12

• Education Program Membership Start Date and End Date overlap open enrollment dates

• For the NCLB Title I Part A Basic Targeted (122) program, only students that have Education Services with an Education Service Academic Year in the current reporting year are included.

Filters can be selected resulting in only totals for the selected filter being displayed – legend on bottom of last page of report states which filter/s were selected

NOTE:	The counts in Columns 5-11 are based on the following rules.
	- count of SSID by program, attributed to schools with qualifying enrollment(s) in the report period AND have Education Program Membership Start Dates in the report period.
	- SENR 1.05 -School of Attendance equal to SPRG 3.05 – School of Attendance where SENR 1.23 - School Start Date falls within Report Period and SPRG 3.15 Program Membership Start Date is greater than or equal to Academic year start date and 3.16 Program Membership end date equals Blank or within Report Period
