Eligibility Evaluation Meeting Exits must be maintained locally and are not allowed in CALPADS.
Input Validation: X
Data Discrepancy: N/A
If Special Education Program Exit Date is populated, then Meeting Type Code cannot equal 40 (Eligibility Evaluation)
- 14.20 - Special Education Meeting Type Code
- 14.46 - Special Education Program Exit Date
Understanding the Error:
Special Education Program Exit Dates must be populated on the SPED record with the meeting Type = 10 (Initial Part B) or 20 (Plan Review).
Verify the Meeting Type Code is correct for the student. If not, then update the existing Initial Part B or Plan Review Meeting Record with the correct Special Education Program Exit Date. If a student exits the SPED program during an Eligibility Evaluation meeting, then keep the information on the Eligibility Evaluation locally. Submit the exit information on the Initial or Plan Review Meeting in CALPADS.
