Understanding the Error:
The authority that took disciplinary action (Incident Result Authority Code) must be provided for special education students for whom there was disciplinary action taken.
Things to check for in submission: Verify that Incident Result Authority Code is populated when using Incident Result Codes of 100, 110 or 200.
