SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

The SSRV record must have a corresponding SPED record matching on SSID, Reporting LEA, and Special Education Meeting or Amendment Identifier.

Suggested Resolution:

Ensure an associated SPED record exists with the same SSID, Reporting LEA, and Education Plan Meeting or Amendment ID. Otherwise, update the SSRV record with the correct information.
