Understanding the Error:
Student Special Education Meeting or Amendment Identifier must be unique within the Reporting LEA. This identifier should be generated by the special education system and is a unique identifier of a specific meeting or amendment for a child or student with disabilities.
Suggested Resolution:
If submitted Student Special Education Meeting or Amendment Identifier exists and a new SSID or SELPA are submitted the Student Special Education Meeting or Amendment Identifier must be different and unique.
