  • 18.06 - Academic Year ID
  • 18.05 - School of Attendance
  • 18.07 - SSID
  • 18.13 - Incident ID Local

SUGGESTED RESOLUTION:

Understanding the Error:

There are duplicate records for a student that are matching on the following fields: Academic Year ID, School of Attendance, SSID and Incident ID Local. CDD is due to MID merges.

Things to check for: Verify that values in the ODS are correct for all validated fields

Suggested Resolution:

Change any incorrect values in any of the validated fields.
